Specific Responsibilities of Committee on Research in Education, Scholarship, and Innovative Projects:

Collaborating with the Center for Studies in developing guidelines for developmental projects, innovative educational activities, educational scholarship, and research in education.
Cooperating with the Center for Studies in facilitating the participation of faculty members in the Shahid Motahari University and National Festivals.

Guidelines for Selecting Core Members of the Committee for Research in Education, Scholarly Activities, and Innovative Projects at the Faculty Level:

Chairperson: The Dean of the Faculty, with the Vice Dean for Education acting on behalf of the Dean.
Committee Secretary: A faculty member with recognized expertise.
Head of the Education Development Office
Two faculty experts, nominated by the EDO Officer and approved by the Dean.
Advisory Participation (non-voting): Department chairs and other experts may be invited as needed.

General Qualifications for Members Listed in Section (3):

Preferably at least 5 years of experience as a faculty member.
Commitment to ethical principles in evaluation.
Familiarity with medical education scholarship / having a distinguished record in education.
Preferably holding the rank of Associate Professor or Professor.
Having at least two credited scholarly works and achieving recognition in educational festivals in the field of scholarship.
