Faculty Empowerment Committee
Specific Duties of the Education and Faculty Empowerment Committee:
- Collaborating with the Center for Studies to design an executive guideline for the educational empowerment program, including needs assessment, planning, and conducting training courses for various ranks of faculty members and non-faculty instructors.
- Cooperating with the Center for Studies to implement educational empowerment programs for different ranks of faculty members and non-faculty instructors.
- Providing educational consultations to faculty members.
- Publishing media content related to medical education.
Guidelines for Selecting Core Members of the Education and Faculty Empowerment Committee:
- Chairperson: The dean of the faculty or their deputy (preferably the vice dean for education).
- Committee Secretary: An expert faculty member.
- Head of the Education Development Office.
- Two expert faculty members nominated by the Head of the Education Development Office and approved by the dean.
General Qualifications for Members Listed in Clause (3): a) Minimum academic rank of Assistant Professor.
b) Prior experience in educational administration.
