Vision
Our aspiration is to establish a leading faculty in the fields of education, research, and service provision in nursing, midwifery, operating room technology, and emergency medical services, such that through continuous quality improvement, we rank among the top three faculties in the country and the region.

Mission
The mission of Tabriz Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery is to educate and train students in nursing, midwifery, operating room technology, and emergency medical services at various academic levels, welcoming students from across the country and international students at postgraduate levels. This is carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health and relevant upstream documents, utilizing modern teaching methods and global technologies, and creating a favorable environment and conditions for education based on Islamic principles and medical ethics. The aim is to cultivate competent and efficient human resources capable of delivering effective health services tailored to the evolving needs of society—ranging from prevention to rehabilitation—while leveraging the scientific and practical capabilities of faculty members and students to advance professional knowledge and produce innovative outcomes from scientific research.
