E-Learning/Virtual Education Committee:
Specific Duties of the E-Learning/Virtual Education Committee:
- Planning and implementing e-learning empowerment programs for faculty members, staff, and students
- Providing specialized consultation on e-learning to the faculty and users of the e-learning system
- Evaluating e-learning programs and reviewing courses and content produced by faculty members
- Monitoring the implementation of e-learning regulations and virtual educational activities within the faculty, as well as assessing programs
- Submitting periodic reports on e-learning programs to the Faculty’s Educational Development office
- Conducting research on modern content production methods
- Administering satisfaction surveys among faculty members and students regarding services, as well as following up on and resolving technical issues related to course content
- Collaborating with the faculty’s Information Technology (IT) Unit for software support
- Facilitating cooperation with the Virtual Medical University and other relevant institutions to enhance e-content production and organize inter-university training courses
