Registration of student loan applicants studying in the summer semester
 
Dear Honorable Dean of the Faculty,
Subject: Registration of working student loan applicants for the summer semester
With regards and respect,
Please issue an order regarding the notification and registration process for working students applying for student loans to study in the summer semester of 2024. The application period for students pursuing associate, bachelor's, non-consecutive master's, and professional doctorate degrees is from 08/10/2024 to 08/16/2024.
The student welfare fund portal can be found at the following address: https://portal.srd.ir. Please ensure that the action and relevant documents are submitted to this portal by following the rules, no later than 08/21/2024.
Please note the following requirements:

• According to the educational regulations, students must have a notarized commitment and select a unit for the summer semester of 2024.
• Students must also meet the minimum required units as specified in the educational regulations.
• The maximum number of semesters allowed for applying for an academic loan is as follows:
• Associate degree, non-consecutive bachelor's degree, and non-consecutive master's degree: 4 semesters
• Continuous bachelor's degree: 8 semesters
• Professional doctoral degree: 14 semesters
• If a student has not utilized the academic loan in any previous semesters, they will only be permitted to use the remaining years.
• Academic loan disbursement to daily transfer students (non-tuition paying) will be unimpeded. Guest students must submit their applications through their home university.
• The final calculated loan amount deposited into the student's account is subject to a 4% deduction from their salary.
